Only the first NCAR Author should enter their name and the poster details into the database.
What is the best way to download a report?
Using the clip board feature, copy the text and paste it into an Excel document. Be sure to save the file as a regular workbook in Excel.
Special NCAR Staff and Student Appointments: How to enter continuing postdocs?
If a postdoc was already entered in the previous fiscal year, but they continued into the current fiscal year, you should
put in a new entry for the same postdoc for the current fiscal year. (Background: All metrics except Partner Organizations are tracked for every fiscal year as a unique record. So if an appointment or other metric (like an editorship or service on a committee) extends over multiple fiscal years, please report the metric in each fiscal year. Because the Partner Organizations list is so long and difficult to maintain we store only the last fiscal year reported.)
